What are the conditions for a return?

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unbroken, and returned in original condition and packaging.

What items cannot be returned or exchanged?

All prescription lenses, prescription-fitted frames, items damaged after delivery, and items returned outside the 7-day window.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

You must notify us on the first day of receiving the item and provide clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted after the first day are invalid.

What if I provided an incorrect prescription?

If lenses are made using an incorrect prescription supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for replacement costs and no refunds will be issued.

Who pays for return shipping?

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
